Ondrevi Collective — Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website at ondrevi.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Jason Cole, an individual in Eugene, Oregon, using the name Ondrevi Collective ("we," "us"). The Site has no accounts or sales, and it does not use cookies.
What we collect.
- CostKind founding list. If you join, we collect your email address.
- Discovery call requests. If you request a call, we collect your name, company, role, email address, and what you would like to automate.
- Emails you send us. If you email hello@ondrevi.com, we receive your email address, name (if included), and whatever you write.
- Server logs. Our web host, Netlify, automatically records technical details of each visit in its server logs, such as IP address, approximate country, pages requested, referring page, browser type, and the date and time. We do not use analytics tools, tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or cookies.
How we use it. Founding-list emails are used only to send CostKind launch updates. Discovery requests are used only to respond to you and scope a possible project; we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask. We also use information to reply to messages, run and secure the Site, and keep it working. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.
No selling or ad sharing. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Service providers. We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form storage; Netlify screens form submissions for spam using Akismet, an outside spam-filtering service) and our email provider (which receives form notifications and our email). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Retention. Founding-list emails: until CostKind launch updates end or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Discovery requests: up to 2 years if no project follows, or longer under a signed agreement. Other emails: as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records. Server logs are kept by Netlify under its own retention practices; we do not keep separate copies.
Unsubscribing and deletion. Every founding-list email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@ondrevi.com at any time to unsubscribe or to ask us to delete your form submission or messages, and we will delete them from our form storage and inbox.
Children. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, you can email hello@ondrevi.com with any such request and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
