How we build
How we build
How we take software from first conversation to launch and beyond, who stays in charge, how we test, and how we treat your data.
Step by step
From first conversation to ongoing support. Here’s what you get at each step.
Discovery
A written summary of the problem, what’s worth building, and an agreed scope.
Design
A plan showing how the software and agents will work and where a person approves.
Build
Working software delivered in small steps you can review as we go.
Testing
A tested build, checked on sample data and by a separate QA review.
Launch
A staged release to your team, with a person watching the first runs.
Support
Monitoring, fixes and improvements after launch, as agreed in your contract.
Where people stay in charge
Agents prepare the work. A person approves before anything leaves the system.
A person approves before an agent:
- Sends anything
- Changes records
- Spends money
How we test
- Realistic sample data. We test on made-up data shaped like the real thing, not on your customers’ records.
- A dedicated QA review. A separate review checks every build on desktop, tablet and phone before release.
- Trial runs. Before output is used, agents run on trial tasks and a person checks the results.
- Fix and recheck. Issues are fixed and checked again before launch.
Your data, in plain words
- What we use. Only the data a project needs to work, agreed with you during discovery.
- Where it’s kept. In your systems or with the hosting and software providers named in your agreement.
- Who can see it. Only the people working on your project, and the providers named in your agreement (such as hosting and AI model services), and only for that work. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
- Deletion. Within 60 days after a project ends, or whenever you ask, we delete the copies we hold, except where the law requires us to keep them or your agreement says otherwise. Backups are removed on the provider’s normal schedule. Ask any time at hello@ondrevi.com.
- This website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers.
The exact terms for a project are set in your written agreement. For this website, see our Privacy Policy.
Tools we build with
- CRMs. Reading and updating customer and deal records, with approval before changes.
- Spreadsheets. Pulling, cleaning and summarizing the numbers your team already tracks.
- Documents. Drafting, filing and keeping documents up to date.
- Email and messages. Drafting replies and follow-ups for a person to send or approve.
We work with the tools you already use where we can.
What you own at the end
- Code. The source code we write for you.
- Prompts. The instructions that tell your agents what to do.
- Documentation. How it works, how to run it and how to change it.
- Handoff. A walkthrough with your team so you can run it yourselves.
Ownership terms are confirmed in your agreement.
Support after launch
- Monitoring. We watch for errors and unexpected results.
- Fixes. Problems are investigated and fixed.
- Improvements. We adjust and add features as your needs change.
The scope of support is set in your contract.
Questions
- Will the agent act without approval?
- Not for anything that sends, changes records or spends money. Those wait for a person to approve.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. Many projects start with one task and grow from there.
- What if it gets something wrong?
- A person reviews before anything goes out, so mistakes can be caught and corrected. We then fix the cause and test again.
A sample agent run
A made-up business, Example Co., uses an agent to follow up on overdue invoices. No real client or data.
- The agent finds three invoices past due in the spreadsheet.
- It drafts a polite reminder for each customer.
- It shows the drafts to a person on the team and waits.
- The person edits one draft, approves two, and holds the third.
- Only the approved reminders are sent, and each step is logged.
